Our Social Responsibility Policy

As Bahçeci Health Group, all of our colleagues working in 13 centers across 7 countries have equal rights, regardless of language, race, color, gender, political thought, belief, religion, sect, age, physical disability, or any other reason.

All of our employees are members of the Bahçeci family and have the right to work in conditions that respect human dignity, in a safe environment, as our highest value. We believe in the undeniable necessity of human rights and are committed to treating our employees fairly and honestly.

We take measures to prevent the waste produced by our activities from posing a threat to the health of patients and employees, ensuring the proper recycling of recyclable waste. Non-recyclable waste is handed over to the relevant institutions for disposal in accordance with laws and regulations.

We are aware of our responsibilities towards society. Therefore, in line with our social responsibility policy, which focuses on the best for society and the environment, we engage in initiatives aimed at improving community and environmental conditions.

The core principles we have established within the framework of our social responsibility policy are as follows:

• We fulfill our responsibilities to the state, including taxes and other obligations, in a timely, accurate, and transparent manner.
• We consider our social responsibility efforts as a priority and sustainable mission.
• We regard obtaining international standards and quality certifications that will ensure the protection of the present and investment in the future of employees, society, and the environment as one of our most important tasks.
• In all the regions where we operate, we act in accordance with the principles of accuracy and reliability in our relationships with the community.
• We continuously engage in scientific studies to improve reproductive health, constantly developing our scientific infrastructure and knowledge. The knowledge resulting from our contributions to science, which is proven to be true and useful, is made available to society.
• We encourage our employees to participate in social responsibility projects and consider their suggestions when selecting the projects we will support.
• We prioritize health and education in our social responsibility efforts.
• In our social responsibility projects related to reproductive health, we collaborate with the Reproductive Health Protection Association (ÜRSAK).
