Electronic Commercial Message Communication Authorisation

By giving your consent for Electronic Commercial Communication, you have agreed to the sending of electronic communications via SMS, email, mobile applications, and similar electronic communication tools within the framework and purposes specified in the KVKK Information Notice and in accordance with the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, published in the Official Gazette No. 29417 on July 15, 2015.

The Electronic Commercial Communication Consent is your permission for the collection, recording, processing, storage, and use of your personal data, which you have allowed us to share, by Bahçeci Sağlık Hizmetleri A.Ş. for marketing activities, campaigns, commercial notifications, advertisements, surveys of a similar nature, and customer satisfaction research, and for providing such services to you through telephone, SMS, email, mobile applications, and similar tools for electronic communication.

The commercial communication consent you have given is valid for our operations in Turkey. If you do not give consent, we will not contact you for any commercial purposes. By approving this text, your consent will remain valid until you exercise your right to withdraw it.
